NOTHING SO STRANGE

Making History Again - October 24, 2003

I know you're probably getting tired of the earth shifting beneath your feet so often, but NOTHING SO STRANGE just can't stop making history. Sorry.

First, we declared our movie "open source." (This month's Wired magazine, by the way, flat-out loves our open-source film idea.)

And now we are the first film to debut all over the world on one day on the internet, thanks to Apple (for some great compression technology) and BitPass.  Just three or four months ago, I was writing about how cool BitPass could be, and now NOTHING SO STRANGE is the first movie offered using the service.

I don't have much more to say that isn't in the press release or the newsletter.

Please do check out the film and let me know what you think.

Oh, and if you want to tell me in person, I'll be in Seattle for the screenings there October 24, 25 and 26.

Best,
