RUNNING MAN
There is no more controversial aspect to the Gates assassination than the mysterious figure who has come to be called Running Man,
captured on video running across 6th Street away from the scene of the
assassination. This is almost certainly the same man whom Julia Serrano
encountered in the Luna Sol Cafe as she was working there behind the
counter. Serrano originally claimed she heard this man say, "We shot
him," but she later changed her story (see "LAPD Audio"). This is
the only known video of Running Man, shot by a neighborhood resident
named Maria Nix. It is grainy, amateurish and short.
